Absolutely great! Friendly happy service with solid product knowledge. Easily the best place in town for couches in the 1k to 2k price bracket. My daughter bought here for her first time moving out. Of course with an over protective dad in the background. The people were nice the couch is great and the service was really nice. So many of your competitors try to hard sell. Your low pressure friendly sales the weekend girl were a breath of fresh air. Great place with easy parking behind opposite Harvey Norman
Good furniture and prices, terrible customer service. They will not take ownership for their stuff ups, go back against their written word, and enjoy getting into verbal confrontations with customers over the phone. After cancelling our delivery without notifying us because we still ‘owed money’ which we had proof we did not, they made organising delivery even harder and would not apologise or acknowledge their mistakes for the inconvenience and stress caused, considering work was taken off, and hours of waiting were had. Terrible customer service for a place where multiple thousands of dollars were spent. Once and if, we receive what have paid for, will not be returning.
Avoid this business at all costs. In my experience what you see isn't necessarily what you get. The Wendouree store sold us a Portland TV Unit. On receiving delivery of this there was a 20c size dent in the front and a section of the timber missing on one of the draws. Attempted to resolve this directly with the store and they refused to replace with a new one. Only offer was the floor model. Raised issues with store staff that floor model had doors that didn't close properly and draws that were the same. Response was "I will do my best to fix this prior to delivery". Had to turn back delivery as floor model was still damaged/Not fixed when received. Attempted to resolve with the store again to be told a new one could now be provided as long as I paid delivery. Totally unacceptable and a poor response. Was also offered $45 to delete online negative reviews and accept current faulty model. Poor service and poor attitude.
I recently purchased 12 dining chairs from the Ballarat store, the sales staff were friendly and incredibly helpful in obtaining 12 for me from different stores as they did not have them in the warehouse or in store themselves. Upon opening the 12 chairs I found that 4 of them were damaged, after several lengthy conversations between the store, the area manager and myself I was told that this was my problem, that I was lying and that I must have damaged the chairs myself. It was only when I was able to produce CCTV footage of the boxes being opened at our premises that they agreed to replace the chairs. I have not been offered an apology and was forced to deliver the damaged goods back at my own cost and collect the new ones. I do not recommend purchasing any goods from this store and needless to say I will not be shopping here again.
Very high quality fabric furniture and worth spending your money here . Above all very friendly staff specially Ali and umair . Helped alot all the time untill i make my mind to buy one fabric sofa set . If you are looking for good quality rugs this is a great spot . Thumbs up and keep up the good work guys . See you next time .
