I am loving my new wood heater tonight. Great customer service. Great range of heaters. Very helpful staff to help you make the right decision. Installation was smooth and the guys knew what they were doing. A very satisfied customer here.
Outstanding customer service - we had a small issue after purchase which was dealt with easily and pleasantly. Can highly recommend this business. Our new heater works a treat.
Good Aussie made wood heaters. The one I picked up was marked $3200, but ended up costing me $1600 after not much negotiation. Friendly staff obviously willing to make a deal. Try this place before buying the Chinese one's at Bunnings.
Senta the lovely woman working here needs a payrise, she goes above and beyond to ensure that her customers are comfortable, given the right advise and leave happy. To say I'm pleased with her customer service is an understatement! There should be many more like her around.
A salesperson took advantage of my elderly mother. She went if for advise about her fire and they sold her a ultimate chimney cap which she was told was the reason her fireplace was not working properly. It made zero improvement and they wouldn’t accept a refund. My second issue is that they sold the cap but never offered to have someone install it for her. If they did they would have known she thought she could do it herself and if they knew that, they knowingly let my mother of 65 with fractured ankles scale a house and change a chimney cap. 1 Star is misleading. I would give zero but that wasn’t an option.
I was so impressed with cinta she was awesome she helped me with my design for my heater and showed me a better area where to have it installed she went far and beyond she really should be a engineer shes very knowledgeable thanks cinta your fantastic now my new heater will look awesome where it's been placed
Staff were all very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and had the range and brand I wanted. Made the drive to Ballarat worthwhile. Thanks guys.
