Amazed at with the staff at this Bunnings. I was especially impressed with Sam Sargent, he went out of his way to help us in finding what we needed, even finding us a better alternative because the item we were looking for was out of stock. His customer service was above and beyond. Sophia was also another amazing employee, she had a lovely personality and was great to chat with.
Seems like they are too busy chatting and can't be bothered even being there. When you ask for assistance it is just a hassle. When calling i waited 45 x mins so didn't keep waiting. Probably too busy chatting to answer the phone. Of course it is dependent on the person but many times it feels like I am interrupting a really good convo at a pub
5pm and only 3 register operators. Tonnes of people waiting. Stock in every aisle making it hard to get thru the store. We already know that you never get service in the store… but at least pay for register operators so we can get out quick. Obviously you don’t value your customers time.
66 Aisles of Goodies. Nursery, cafe, Trade Centre, Paint, Kitchen, and more.nDon't forget to get a sausage on the way out...nHelpful staff. I use the app. It locates the aisles I need, and puts it straight in my 'cart' for payment. Love it.
I think this might be the worst Bunnings I have visited.nEvery aisle seemed to have an obstacle of a trolley or ladder. The garden area the same. We had a trolley and trying to get around was a nightmare.nThe car park, just as bad. Smaller car parks in these kids of stores is ridiculous.nThe staff were lovely. We spoke to quite a few and the guy at the checkout was terrific.nLayout, messiness and car park really let this Bunnings down. Won't go to this location again.
