Bunnings Ballarat

They are the best hardware store by far l believe, always helpful, friendly and will point you in the right direction if they don't sell a product, they even better the prices you would get elsewhere to please you, they get 5 big stars from me, for friendly service, best prices, and availability of what your looking for. And if not, they always point you in the right direction when asked, to get the products that your looking for, if they don't have it. My favorite store is, Creswick Rd Ballarat. Service always so helpful with a smile too. And always happy to serve you.

Huge range of everything, good prices and seriously friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bunnings Ballarat response to the arrival of the now defunct Masters chain in town was not just to lift their game.... they set the bar so high that they redefined their space. Quite honestly one of the best hardware stores I have ever visited

I have always had great customer service from this store they even let me bring my pup in As I needed to introduce her to different places and situations

Staff are generally helpful but the reason I give this store 1 star is because of the untidiness of the entire warehouse! I understand when it's busy it can be hard to move up and down isles freely but dodging people wasn't the problem. Boxes, ladders, stock and electric lifts blocking the isles everywhere. Stock wasn't matched up on shelves according to the prices labels meaning hunting for the price or trying to find someone to help and moving up and down isles with a trolley is a nightmare. Come on guys, tidy your store up. It's things like that which will drive customers away.

Don't waste your time here. By far one of the worst Bunnings in Victoria, the store layout is always filled with junk promo items that are dumped in isles so you can't get a trolley past and the staff are useless, if they even bother to help they have no idea what they're talking about.
