The customer service here generally leaves a bit to be desired - some staff are fabulous, others are terrible. Unfortunately they close the self-checkouts around 5pm, so if you go in after this time ie after work, which lots of people do there's always a massive wait at the checkouts.
Visited this store and wasn't impressed at all with the customer service I received. After finding the last of a Philodendron plant I was after in the garden section, I requested some help from to members of staff in the garden centre who appeared to be just chatting. Felt like I was interrupting their conversation. When I asked the woman if it was possible to have the price of the plant reduced a bit as the leaves were browning in spots and it was the only one there. She just responded by saying 'its not brown and floppy' while picking off the dead pieces of plant so that appears healthy? I don't understand why she responded like she personally owns the store and $3 that I would've expected off came from her back pocket? Anyway it left me with a bad taste since I spend a lot of money at Bunnings. Pretty poor customer service. I wont come back to this store after being treated less than and made to feel embarrassed for something I thought more than reasonable. Pathetic.
More often then not the shelves are empty and the tools for hire are always getting serviced. Oh and you have to go find someone for the paint desk.
Great as always. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Can easily tell too that they love their Work
