I think this might be the worst Bunnings I have visited.nEvery aisle seemed to have an obstacle of a trolley or ladder. The garden area the same. We had a trolley and trying to get around was a nightmare.nThe car park, just as bad. Smaller car parks in these kids of stores is ridiculous.nThe staff were lovely. We spoke to quite a few and the guy at the checkout was terrific.nLayout, messiness and car park really let this Bunnings down. Won't go to this location again.
More often then not the shelves are empty and the tools for hire are always getting serviced. Oh and you have to go find someone for the paint desk.
66 Aisles of Goodies. Nursery, cafe, Trade Centre, Paint, Kitchen, and more.nDon't forget to get a sausage on the way out...nHelpful staff. I use the app. It locates the aisles I need, and puts it straight in my 'cart' for payment. Love it.
Visited the trade timber area looking for cement sheeting. The worker in that area was keen to help and helped me load sheets onto my roof rack. Excelent service.
The customer service here generally leaves a bit to be desired - some staff are fabulous, others are terrible. Unfortunately they close the self-checkouts around 5pm, so if you go in after this time ie after work, which lots of people do there's always a massive wait at the checkouts.
