Thi store is a joke! Not even kidding.nHad my photos printed and 2 of them out 6 are A2 on a Sunday, went to the counter and was told it’s going to be 24hrs from now those A2’s to be printed and they will text you when it’s ready. The next day Monday I have received a text that all my photos are printed and ready to be picked up, this was 7:51 in the morning text, so I was like, this is good I can finish up with work and go directly to the store and picked it up. Finished work and went directly to Officeworks Ballarat, only to find out the A2 prints were not ready because someone forgot to feed any print paper. I was like. But you guys texted me early in the morning, and this guy just tolde, to come back the next day. Mind you I live 40 mins away. Waited for a text Tuesday, not a single text, so, I rang them to find out what’s going on. They did not know where to find my prints! I said look I’ve have been waiting almost 48 hours for it, can you guys just do your job a print it. Hang up the phone and got a text that it was ready, picked it up and not a single apology from anyone! Never again! Stay away people!
Dont go here if you want one of the staff from the print care to treat you with RACE DISCRIMINATION. I went early today entering alone with cane as I am injured to do scanning. My paper got stucked in the printer, asked help from her and left me waiting for more than 20mins. Lucky one customer helped to transfer to another printer but as soon as my Australian friend approached me, she immediately popped up to offer help. You should not tolerate this kind of behaviour. She should not be working with people, very poor customer service. If I could rate below 1, more than deserve. Btw, we were late on our doctor's appointment because of her rudeness. Tried to report it to the guy by the door before we left. Hope you don't take it lightly.
Purchased a brother HL-L3240CDW and it's absolutely terrible. Constantly needs new colour toner despite only printing a tiny part of our logo on company invoices in colour. I'm not going to bother trying to return it or get a refund because having dealt with this store before I know their customer service is shockingly bad and would most likely just make me jump through hoops in the hope I give up trying to get my money back.
I had to exchange an item, went it and asked the greeter staff at the entrance and she looked up the item I was looking for and told me which isle to go to, I found what I was looking for and grabbed a few other things then went to check out, the cashier was polite and friendly, after scanning everything she said I owed $0.67 I found change in the bottom of my purse and handed to her then she said oh sorry I owe you nSo the whole thing was pretty quick and and I was in and out of the place in less than 10 minutes.nWhat noticed there were not many staff around to answer any questions you might have.nParking was easy too.
Huge variety knowledgeable helpful staff.nJust done a shop layout upgradenTime will tell if it is for the betternNo fault of Officeworks but wow some of the customers really need to learn how to park. The carpark can get messy
