I would describe this as a very bad share house - dilapidated, run-down and grimy. Not how we wanted to spend a few days in Ballarat with our two small dogs and totally not what we expected when we booked Eyre House on Stayz. Certainly not worth what we we charged. Came away feeling very angry and disappointed. Not sure who the people are who gave this place great reviews! Be warned!
Very cosy. Everything you need. Good heating. Good value. Friendly helpful owner.
Looks like a dump from the outside, but a gem on the inside.
