Fantastic accommodation. Very friendly managers and staff. The rooms were very clean and quite spacious. I loved the beautiful soft pillows too. Normally, I've experience high and hard pillows where I'd wake up with a stiff and sore neck. Highly recommend to all.

Spacious rooms with a great layout. Close to town. Friendly and efficient service.

I stayed 2 sleep interupted nights.The walls are so thin you can hear people talking next door very noisy plumbing needs more care in keeping everything working properly. 
Maintenance  is not up to scratch as this is one of the higher tarrif motels in Ballarat. 
Upside it is clean safe and walking distance to Lake Wendoree
