CHEATED AND RIPPED OFF,WENT IN JANUARY LOOKING FOR A NEW BED , I ASK ONE OFF THE SALE CUSTOMER, IM LOOKING FOR A BRAND NEW BED ,BASE AND MATTRESS MY BUDGET IS $2000,FOUND THE BED I LOVE ASK WHAT IS THE BEST PRICE $1799, GREAT I TAKE IT WROTE THE INVOICE OUT PAID FOR IT. A MONTH LATER WHEN MY SISTER DELIVERED MY BED I ASKED WHERE THE REST OF THE BED, MY SISTER TURNS AROUND CHECK YOUR INVOICE. SO I RANG BED SHED THE NEXT DAY AND SPOKE TO THE LADY THAT SERVED ME I SAID TO HER WHEN DID I ASK FOR A MATTRESS,SHE AGGRESSIVELY SAID TO ME CHECK YOUR INVOICE,WHICH I QUICKLY SAID TO HER DONT TAKE THAT TONE WITH ME , AND I SAID TO HER AGAIN WHEN DID I WANTED A MATTRESS ONLY ,SAID TO HER FOR THE WHOLE HOUR YOU WERE SAYING 1799 IS OUR BEST PRICE SHE YES FOR THE WHOLE LOT, SHE SAID YES , I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO CHEATED AND RIPPED OFF BY HER , SHE SAID TO ME BECAUSE SHE WROTE MATTRESS ONLY I CANT GIVE YOU THE BASE , BECAUSE NOW I FIND OUT ALONG SHE WAS QUOTE ME FOR A MATTRESS ONLY , SHE SAID THE BEST I CAN DO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE A BASE , I WILL SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGER THEN , WELL EXPLAIN THE WHOE STORY AND THE BEST SHE COULD DO WAS GIVE THE BASE FOR HALF PRICED, I SAID TAKE YOU To FAIR TRADEING STILL SHE I CAN GIVE YOU THE BASE FOR HALF PRICE,,SO I ASK CAN I HAVE HEAD OFFICE NUMBER ,I RANG ,AND THE RECEPTION SAID I HAD TO TELL HER THE STORY AND SHE WILL EMAIL THE STATE MANGER,THAT WAS THREE WEEKS AGO STILL WAITING TO HERE FROM THE STATE MANGER. SO NOW I HAVE A $1800 MATTRESS SITING ON THE FLOOR, IVE ALREADY WARM TO MY FRIENDS AT NORTH LAND BED SHED AND I JUST TELL POEPLE HOW HORRIBLE THEY ARE WITH THERE SERVICE , I DONT RECOMMEND ANY TO GO THERE AND BUY FROM THEM .

Beware of hidden costs. Very Disappointed! I have bought from BedShed a Sealy's floor model mattress which is under warranty. Due to fault in mattress I have contacted Bedshed who referred me to Sealy's customer service team. Company demands $50 refundable call out fee to inspect if the mattress is faulty. This call out fee was never disclosed by Bed Shed. When I have spoken to the lady at BedShed. Her response was "This is the way it works". I have asked why this fee was not disclosed at the time of the purchase neither a warranty card given. She simply concluded the conversation by saying we do not normally tell our customer about this call out fees because mattresses normally don't have any fault.

I went there first then checked out 3 more stores then went back to Bedshed. Was helped by sales person called Patricia :very experienced sales person who knew about the products 100%.My son is 100 happy with his new king single mattress& I for the price it was great .
