Fatima served us today. She was really nice approachable, and helpful. We asked her, for multiple tile samples and it was never an issue for her going back and forth. Highly recommend.

Super happy with my new splashbacks. Beautiful tile at great price. Staff were so helpful, let me take my time wandering around great variety of tiles, answered all my questions, gave me a sample so I could see how tile looked in my home. I ordered next day and tiles arrived in few days. They helped me choose grout which matches perfectly, and suggested right tools for the job. I hired tile cutter from Kennards which was super easy to use - no breaks. I installed tiles over weekend. I grouted on Monday morning. Job done!

Cannot fault our experience with National Tiles Preston. The team were extremely helpful, they knew what they were talking about and we got our tiles in no time. There was also no issue with returning the unopened floor tiles we didnt end up needing. Great experince. Very happy!

The staff at the Preston store was super friendly and helpful. We're doing some house renovation and was a bit overwhelmed with the choices of tiles and timber flooring etc. Maree and her peers spent time explaining to us the different options and helped us select the right tiles and floorboards to suit our design. Great service and friendly staff.
So over businesses who cannot bother to update their store opening hours on Google. I find this disrespectful towards customers. Drove all the way to see the tiles in person to be greeted with closed doors. Will take my business elsewhere.
