Haier 8 kg top load washer and I can’t believe some of these bad reviews. This machine is fantastic, so easy to operate, easy to follow manual instructions. It’s does a beautiful wash, my laundry has never been cleaner. I am so happy with my purchase and definitely recommend this product . I guess some people just can’t be positive or happy. Also I have been a good guys customer for years, great service, great products at good prices.
I would not recommend anyone to shop from this store. They sold me a faulty fridge. Kept beeping day and night. Freezer wasn't freezing. The first week of the purchase I went back to the store, they transferred the case to the manufacturer. Manufacture contacted me and said the good guys should do a change over, a policy's says that about 7 to 9 days of purchase. I called back first they said no. They they said bring the serial number of the fridge they will do a change over. I took the number he said give them few days someone will come and get the faulty one and give me a new one. Weeks past no one calls, I called so many times. No one knows what's going on. And they called me and said they won't do a change over, a technician has to come and look. I contacted consumer affairs and send good guys a letter with consumer affairs letter template 10 min after Stefan called the one who also told me to bring the serial number. He said again they will come and do change over , it's been10 days still no news. 2 months I can't used the freezer and have to turn of the fridge from beeping. I had to purchase a bar fridge to keep my sons medication in the fridge. Shame on you all for making me go through this .
I received the most amazing service from Julian. He took his time to help me make an informed decision around the appliances I was purchasing. He was so patient and kind. With his help, I finally purchased all the appliances and accessories for my new home and I’m so happy with the price : thanks Julian
I bought a laptop, was very clear what I needed it for - Word, so asked if it had it already. I was told no & to purchase a $199 office package. Turn on my laptop, find out it already has an office package loaded. Went to return the office package the next day- can’t because apparently it’s “activated on purchase” I never activated it. Just ridiculous! $199 is a lot of money to someone not working, plus I was very clear what I needed & using that against me to upsell is bad practice. I expect expertise & helpfulness when going in store otherwise I would’ve bought online. I contacted Good Guys direct, no response to date to my complaint
Purchased a laptop on the 2nd of Jan at about 4:15pm. Very impressed with the service I received at Good Guys Northland. He helped me through every stage of the purchase with everything I needed, and greatly appreciate the high level of customer service I received, thanks very much! Finally product running beautifully. Glad I shopped at Good Guys Northland.
Had the worst experience with this store that I am still grappling to understand how they can get away with treating customers as they do. After spending thousands of dollars over the years with them, I called yesterday to purchase a dishwasher. Lately we have had the pleasure of dealing with Abigail who is amazing, but she was not working yesterday and I dealt with Brodie. Needless to say she was far less than pleasant and rather rude. She took offence to me asking "is that the best price you can do?", which I believe is a legitimate question coming from a customer. When the purchase was finalised and I went to pay the invoice, the link was invalid. I called the store back only to be told that they canceled the purchase and I "should go elsewhere". I was gobsmacked. Never will I shop at the Good Guys again. I urge everyone to also "go elsewhere".
Bought a bar fridge here via click and collect. Competitive pricing, site was a little hard to navigate but that's more to do with the shopping complex than the store. The lad who helped me out while loading up the fridge was the best part of the experience, great customer service and very friendly. Quality staff in the loading dock for sure.
How can I give it a 0 or negative rating? I used The Good Guys gift cards to pay the online purchase, however the payment is failed. My order is not generated but the money in the gift card is still deducted. I used their website to send the messages FIVE TIMES and it has been a month, NO EVEN ONE reply from them. I tried to call them several times - you know how difficult to get my phone picked up - now it is a game of passing buck: store told me I should contact the online service, online service told me I should contact gift card service, gift card service told me I should contact the customer service. Then their customer service number is never answered, today I called the number for 2 hours and it is still no answer. IT IS SO TERRIBLE AND DISGUSTING! Updated: Finally connected the customer hotline, and I got their refund. So I changed their rating from 1 to 2.
Never shopping with these thieves again. Save yourself the pain. Paid premium from their online store with delivery. Money taken but no tracking or updates from their end for a month. Called customer care 1 hour waiting time by the way and was told that they forgot about the order and it was reassigned to another store who also did nothing and just didn't care to update me at all. Cancelled my order and had the exact same order fulfilled and in my hands in 1 day from JBHIFI. Would give 0/5 stars for these bad guys.
