I walked in and it smelt like 4 days old seafood. Also the customer service was horrific. I waited around for twenty minutes and had to practically beg for any type of assistance.

Helpful, informative and friendly service. No overload on miniscule differences to try and confuse you with spring specification talk. Delightfully to the point. Delivery the following working day within a 2 hour time frame. It is almost a shame that one rarely buys a mattress!

Was just having a look and staff were courteous even though i wasn't buying. When I'm ready to buy a bed this is the first store i will go to.

I bought a mattress from Forty Winks Preston on a Sunday afternoon. The staff were super friendly, very helpful but not pushy. The mattresses were much better value for money than Snooze ($350 versus about $600). They had one in stock, and delivered it 10am the following morning! The delivery guys even unwrapped it and put it on my bed. Great customer service, I would definitely buy from here again
