Just like your regular Bunnings with all your Bunnings hopes and dreams. Wear a good pair of shoes as your legs will soon get tired walking the monstrous isles made of solid polished concrete. The staff are a great mix of extremely helpful utterly useless and totally weird. Always fun at Bunnings. My favourite part of Bunnings is testing the outdoor lounges surfing the net and drinking coffee.

I have been there yesterday because I had a problem with a trailer that I rent from another Bunnings. The trailer lost the tailgate during the drive (not my fault) and it could not be technically be on the road as it lost its plate as well with it. At first, I've been told to drive away. After putting them trough the manager of the other Bunnings, they refuse to give me a trailer of the same size. At the end they accepted me to leave the trailer there without caring to remove from the middle of the road after I unplugged it from my car. Note: The staff was approached on the kindest way possible understanding the odd circumstance.

This is a busy Bunnings stall. You will see that there are a lot of staff in the shop. But however, when it comes to needed information, the staff will be missing. I had to wait for more than 10-15minutes to speak to the gardener staff on a plant availability as the other ground staff were not able to answer my question. Even then, after speaking to the gardener, despite her saying she can help me to find out about the plant, she just walked off leaving me with no answer. I had better luck checking with my local gardening group on my queries. On another occasion, I waited for a good 20minutes despite constant paging by a helpful staff to get the woodwork staff to come out and help myself and another customer cut up our wooden boards. However, there were also pleasant moments when the staff at the crafts section was helpful and tried to look up online for the craft item I needed. Service level needs to be boosted up for such a big chain as I feel that service level varies across various departments. Note to drivers: carpark spaces are pretty narrow, and at times you will find that there are just drivers who park too close to you. In addition, when you drive out, it is a pretty bumpy turn out, so do drive slow when you are turning out.

Shopped here to buy some supplies to create a dog friendly backyard, staff were exceptionally helpful and had lots of great ideas for me!

Huge range of products, friendly staff, ample parking, cafe and tool shop. Great for timber and hardware.
