Don’t buy the RC Shark Monster Truck from BCF!!nVery disappointed. This was a Xmas present for our grandson who loved it. However - It ran out of battery after about 2 hours of use. We deliberately bought a dearer version from BCF as there were similar cheaper ones around, as we buy lots from BCF and trusted the brand. We found out the hard way that the battery in the truck was not the usual AA or AAA and is small ‘rechargeable’ lithium battery. However - trying to buy a recharge unit for this type of battery is like trying to buy unicorn poo. When I rang for help on how to recharge and or where to buy a recharge unit, the staff were polite but unhelpful. When I asked if I could exchange the toy - as it seemed unbelievable that it went flat in under 2 hours of use the toy was $79 we were told no. So - Jaycar, Battery World and Officeworks don’t sell recharge units for these batteries BTW. So we have a heartbroken 6 year old whose favourite Xmas toy has been a waste of money.
I bought a 60 litre Engel fridge freezer & cover. As a member.nThe female manager was very obliging and helpful.nMade my visit from Poona Queensland a very smooth transition to select and purchase my product.nThe other staff were also very polite and friendly.nA big shout out to all.

Wow! What an experience. I went in looking for a fishing rod after breaking my last one I had for 12 years. I had no clue what to get but one employee named Noah was very patient. He explained all the bits and bobs and helped me find the right one. Couldn't be happier with the service.
Came in with some questions about fishing offshore as I’m super new to it. Was greeted by some friendly staff that pointed me to a guy named Sam.nHe couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. Answered every question I had and more. Fantastic experience
