I came in yesterday on Sunday the 25th of August and purchased a new rod, reel and 150m of braid. I sat in front of the young man and watched him, half fill my reel with cheap crap line then top it up with about 50 metres of the braid I just bought. That's not right!nnHe had to take the line off twice as he had put so much cheap line on first. I told him the reel can easily take the 150m. The whole ordeal tool about 30 painful minutes. I couldn't see any senior staff to report the issue.nnNot good at all especially spending nearly $200 of my hard earned. I had to take all the line off at home and do it myself.
I had to buy a wanderer wagon for my injured dog with a broken leg. Searched for the best product online and found it at BCF Maroochydore with a pick up that day. Service was efficient. Great sturdy and compact product that suited my purpose, albeit created for parents to cart their equipment and kids to the beach. Tough wheels, easy to put together, folds up for storage, transported dog well to and from vet. Will be used for beach in future.
staff member Hunter was exceptional in helping me find the best fishing rod for my needs, he even helped me choose the correct line and everything I needed to get out on the water. Overall great experience.
Good spot. Stand out character young chape in th fishing department, Isaac, always keen to help. Way better than the other duds in there!
i was in the store looking around for roof racks and i was completely lost and uninformed of what was best, however this young lad justin accompanied me the entire time helping and informing me about the pros and cons about all roof racks. amazing customer service and kind young workers.
