Signed up for a new plan with a trainee who did not provide the correct information on the data. Tried to change my plan less than 5 mins later when I found the correct info myself but apparently they could not change me down a plan, even though Optus has a cool off period. Tried to call the office the next day and was told they would call back. Two months later still waiting for a call back. Staff need training.
