I have my vehicle mechanically insured with Autosure and they were very quick to the rescue when I had an issue with my transmission. If you keep up with your services, it’s a quick and painless process! Shout out to Steve for his fantastic help
I have used Autosure mechanical breakdown and GAP for all of my Mechanical breakdown claims. I also work directly with the claims department I work in a service workshop and often deal with Carl as well as Aaron. Both of these claim assessors are very easy to work with and communicate with. THe whole process start to finish on both sides is very easy. Thanks so much for your help
If I could give this business a 0 I wouldn’t hesitate. Spoke to the most disgusting claims representative In my life. The consultant had a terrible attitude, lacked knowledge of their own products & had no idea what their business processes were. The representative liked to speak over me & displayed no empathy in regards to my circumstance. The representative then hung up the phone. During my call, the representative would make accusations & assumptions. I can’t tell if that conversation was due to poor management or if the representative is in the wrong field of work. If you truly hate working with customers then leave. If you are looking to buy mechanical insurance, talk to a business that actually cares about you & not your premiums.
The whole experience was like no other. I wasnt judged based on being a sole parent to three children. My needs were taken into consideration. Professionalism was on point.
I was with Autosure when I first brought my vehicle. Everything was good until the end of 2019 when I went to make a claim on my broken windscreen only to find out my policy had been transferred to another provider Vero insurance without my knowledge. Under the new provider I no longer had free window repairs so I ended up paying excess on this repair which wasn't cheap. A few months ago my transmission died and then I found out I no longer had mechanical breakdown insurance. After giving me the run around for 2 months it became clear that no one was going to try and help me and I have sold my vehicle as the cost of repair was too high for me. Definitely don't use these guys and make sure you read all the fine print clearly. Ask questions, and get everything in writing or on record before signing anything.
Very good to deal with, sorted my insurance out and was smooth and hassle free, I would highly recommend autosure to everyone, they have good reviews for a reason, thanks team, keep up the good work!
terrible service car broke down have had insurance with them before same excuse we won't cover it both times.wouldent recommend them to anyone buying a new car or secondhand one they just money grabbers part end up costing me 600.00 if not more depending on what the macanics find terrable bissness and service

I have never had to deal with insurance before so when I had to this time I was cynical even though I had all the service records, perhaps also having read ‘The Rainmaker’ by John Grisham, I was mentally preparing for the long haul! But what a surprise - from day 1, Autosure was reassuring. When the workshop that was going to fix my car took a while, Peter from Autosure called me and arranged to tow the car to another workshop that could fix it fast. Throughout the process, Peter was happy to receive calls and answer all questions and went the extra mile to help every way he could. Such a pleasure dealing with this company and especially Peter - no second thoughts on doing business with them again!
A mechanic did not claim repairs done to my vehicle but Autosure understood my concerns when I called them to investigate. The mechanic carried out the repairs but did not follow claims processes as set out in the Gold Policy documents which I sent to the mechanic before the repairs were made. I asked the mechanic number of times over the phone before repairs, during repairs, after repairs, and paying for the repairs, if they were insured but they were not claimable according to the mechanic. I called Autosure to investigate whether the mechanic called them to claim on the repairs but they had not done so. Autosure reimbursed me following my concerns because the parts were claimable and insured under the Gold Policy. Thank you for protecting us as your customers and providing a trustworthy service when it comes to a situation like my one.
