Vero it's been a year and a half since my son had an accident with one of your customers its been thru court my son was found the prudent driver on the day of the accident but still one of your workers decided to contact the cop involved to see what he thought?? Really Vero??? Shouldn't you just pay out my son your customer was in the wrong and lied her arse off. Not cool, also I'm not giving up, not going away contacted Fair Go and talking to lawyers again today since your worker Anthony from Auckland has informed me that  he is correct and that the law is wrong.  LTSA's road rules state that my son is in the right, why has he not been compensated for his loss????  To be honest not even worth the one star.

Communication has been very limited due to getting answering machine three days running, and no returned calls after leaving messages. Hardly inspiring.
