Been with for years..never done me an my family wrong..had multiple successful claim..always in repairshop same week if possible..great support team..thats the honest truth!!

I have been with Protecta for 3 vehicles, a few breakdowns and over 5 years. They were old vehicles so there were times I was left on the side of the road but I always appreciated how quick and personalised the experience with Protecta was. I was surprised at all the negative reviews, I have only ever had lovely voice at the end of the line, including just last month after an incident days before my wedding, Noeleen was nothing but efficient and lovely finding me a courtesy car so i didnt have to worry, also understanding i didn't have alot of time to take phone calls etc. The settlement was in my account in no time and communication was always great with her and Lydia.
People don't often go out of their way to write reviews unless they have a complaint, so i thought i would write a positive one. Thank you

Great dealing with these guys was misinformed by a phone representative but problem was all sorted from manawatu rep Alan Marlow who went above and beyond! Cheers

My motorbike broke down on the road, Protecta Insurance operator was very professional and helped me out so I was towed away in 1.5 hour (during rush hour). Afterwards I decided to cancel insurance due to no point of fixing my motorcycle so they get it done in 1min after phone call.
