Recently while visiting family overseas, I became unwell and had to seek medical help and treatment. I informed my travel insurance of my illness and received very prompt response and service. The communication and advice was very professional and caring and I appreciated the personal approach. The claim process was easy to follow and the claim settlement was very quick. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the service from the insurance company.
After having our outbound airport changed last minute on Christmas Day and having to pay for new tickets to get to changed airport with a very tight schedule to meet connection we were all very stressed, but Cover-More has covered the cost of the disrupted journey and extra flights. Claim process was easy to follow and response very prompt, we are so grateful to have had the insurance and a Company that listens with empathy and care. I have been using Cover-More for 20+ years and this was my first ever claim, Thank you so much Cover-More, we will continue to use your service for future travel.
Online claims form is easy to use. Put a claim through while on holiday, $0 excess so didn’t have to stress about any fees. Claim was approved and paid out promptly.
Love cover-more insurance. Have had 2 successful claims in the last month. Will always use them when I travel.
Am so glad that I took the insurance out. Tested positive for Covid three days before my flight to Melbourne so I had to isolate. I phone Air NZ who basically slammed the door shut, no refund, no credit because Covid is over. Thankfully Cover-More came to the rescue. They were extremely pleasant and sympathetic over the phone and the claim process couldn't have been easier. They told me 10 working days and right on cue told me I'd be refunded. Thank you Cover-More, I highly recommend to all travellers.

I could not believe how easy it was to claim for our hospital visit prescriptions that occurred while we were away. It took 3 weeks for refund, but no questions asked Thank you CoverMore, will definitely be using them again on our next adventure.

Cover-More travel insurance was very easy to arrange when I booked my flight with Air New Zealand. My claim for an item I lost whilst on holiday was dealt with quickly and professionally. I would use their service again.
