This is the worst Insurance company in terms of Claims. The commercial team really sucks and lack the intent in helping the clients.. Its been 2 months for a simple vehicle claim, even though furnished all the requirements in detail.. No action or response.. Giving us a run-around since day 1.
PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST OR IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE SOME DAY..

Have been with tower over 4 years now and never a bad experience all claims approved over the phone without any fuss.  All my content and cars are with Tower and happy to stay

Made a car insurance claim last year with trademe which is underwritten by tower. The processing was fast and I tried to get insurance with them directly this year due to cheaper premium. Reading a lot of negative reviews at the moment and just want to share my experience.

Didn't ask any questions and dismissed my house claim within 1 minute... 36 less than I was on hold.
New provider tomorrow.

Very poor when it comes to claims. I made a minor claim and heard nothing for several months. 
As a result I cancelled the policy and went to a more customer focused provider. Tower can't seem to take no for an answer and have continued to deduct premium payments even after being contacted several times for a cancellation and credit.

They're very quick to take payments but when it comes to claims or refunds for premium payments they'll reject or stall refunds.

My recommendation is to go elsewhere for insurance.
