OMG. I have nothing but praise. They went over and above my expectations. I cancelled my injury insurance and of course a couple weeks later I ended up in hospital having surgery on broken tibia. I thought I would be cheeky and see if I could reinstate it. Never did I really think I could. Will blow me over I ended up getting paid as though I had never cancelled it. Michelle is fantastic to deal with and really got me. So nice to be treated as an individual and not just a customer.

We were new to the idea, but with the broker's help we got a competitive quote. It was the best thing we've done for some years. When we needed help, they were there for us ready. They made us feel like family and we would highly recommend them.
