My wife and I went in today to apply for a NZ driving licence. This is the second time we have visited in the last month. On both occasions we have found the staff extremely helpful, professional and friendly.

Worst customer experience here. The women that I dealt with got angry at me! Started raising her voice and her tone of language with so disrespectful. 
I can't believe why some people work in customer based jobs when they obviously hate people. 
Avoid here like you would avoid the plague, that's my advise to anyone needing to visit AA.

Got a very terrible experience here. A Chinese stuff called Ivy did my driver licensing things, she was incredibly rude to me and yelled me in Chinese when I was doing eye test. Comparing with other stuffs, she’s the worst one with disrespect and unprofessional.

Came here around 10 minutes before closing, but was turned away. Should have online process to reduce long queues and schedule work better.

Also, this place is closed on Saturdays and so I had to go to the AA centre in New Lynn to get a license converted.

I've been here a few times, and it's true that they have very poor customer service. Most of them don't even know how to interact with their customers, they look arrogant, always rude and unprofessional. There's always a long queue, and I once waited an hour in line to renew my driving license.
