At the start of the year my husband and I were in a pinch when we got hit by a milk truck! Although AA did not really seem to be able to cover for a rental car because my policy was incorrectly, there was a nice consultant here that organised a rental care for us. This really made the difference in a bad situation. Although we did cancel due to the negative experience around the rental car, I would say that the girl that we did speak to was an excellent example of customer service, going above and beyond to get us a rental car where the business had let us down. Unfortunately I do not know her name, but many thanks to her, she is a great help to customers and I hope she gets compensated somehow! Very grateful to you :)
