Would be 0 if that was possible. Took 3 months to settle our car claim for a stolen vehicle. Finally cleared and settled only to have premiums deducted for a month after claim settled. (When they were deducted from settlement amount as well). Would not recommend!

It’s a most useless company I have ever seen. Never use DPL insurance I would say. Could not repair my car and told me to write off my car, which let me lost almost one thousand dollars, and after one week of towed car away, didnot make payment. Bad policy, bad service, bad claim. Never use this company. Never!

Very hard to get anything done with them, the system to get to the right people is not easy to follow. When you finally get to talk to someone (after an hour) they then transfer you everywhere

The worst insurance company I ever deal with. Bad customer services, bad tampers of all the stuffs, really irrsponsible. My car was hit by another car, but now it turns out it is all my fault. I have to arrange towing, arrange repairs, arrange everything. Really really bad experiences with this company. Will never choose it again!
