went to this office at 9:00am first before open and asked by a senior lady to come back in 15 minutes because "Not enough staff at the moment". Thought specific personnel handle this service and came back in 15 minutes. The senior lady saw me and turned away, she could not be wrong because I was wearing cycling clothes and apparently young Asian. Finally I asked for help from the lady who is busy after infinite waiting. Still remember the senior lady's solemn face with stiff chin trying to balance something. Guts rotting. Late for work, thanks!Australian Post service for passport is annoying and unreliable as the first time I went to another who does not have this service. Hope they will be wiped out of the market by rival competitor.

Easy and good service each time I've visited. Staff are helpful and always walk me through my issues.

Not friendly and not smiling at all especially the old lady working in front desk. I was speaking politely and smile yet got a different treatment with less words and no smile at all as if im bordering her. Treating others so well. Maybe because im different of skin color.

Service is the worst ever in my life and the worst ever in the world!!!! They do nit deliver if the bagage is a little bit heavy!!! We have to collect furking our bagages ourselves!!! Please work morther furkers!!
