Was at centrelink in York street today to apply for a reference number and can only say how impressed I was with staff working there, especially the reception ladies. So many people rude and with terrible language and behavior and they kept cool and handled everything very well. And very helpful with my request, you are doing a great job in a difficult environment.

The short hair female staff in counter is pretty rude and arrogant! I believe she’s a racist, coz she treated other white people so kindly! This ruined my whole day!

Doesn't collaborate, terrible attitude, she just wanted to send me by telling me to go ask other services to clear the queue. Shameful.

Excellent service, the staff who helps me verify my identity for disaster payment is so kind, polite and professional. When I told him that I will fly back to my hometown tomorrow, He assisted me to get an international vaccination certificate even though I already have my digital Australia one. I haven’t known about this document and he just volunteer to help me get it right away. I was really appreciated his help. I would better asked his name. What a gentleman. Thank you again for a exceptional service.

Most friendliest customer service I've been in Australia. Went to correct information my international certificate as I am flying overseas soon, and the guy not only helped me on the spot but also gave me extra tips for a smoother trip. Keep up the good work!

It was an amazing service and I am glad there are offices like this one in which we can go and get some help. It's sometimes really hard to do this kind of things online or through the phone and the service here was really amazing. All the staff was really friendly and the person who helped me out Dianne, she was extremely helpful, nice and she offered me a great service.

Thanks to lady apology to forgot the name who helping me to fix my name in correct order. This is mean a lot to me. As I try to contact with the Preston office, they turn me away around 6-7 time just because they said it correct. The job is done within 30' from the time I work in and out. Thanks again
