There is not enough help on a saturday morning. Which is ridiculous when you can pnly go here saturday mornings if you work full time. 9-5 hours for picking up or dealing with your mail is the worst service for a post office ive ever seen.

If you need to get a passport processed, avoid this place like the plague. They rejected me three times for stupid reasons, the staff are border line incompetent and rude. After getting knocked back the third time I pretty much had a mental breakdown and went to another post office in Cheltenham...it got processed and approved there and then. What does that say?

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received in a Post Office! One lady in particular was extremely rude and unhelpful!
