UPDATE: November 2017 New owners finally!!! Excellent prompt service!!! To everyone who had visited previously, the terrible old owners are gone and the new people running the place are very professional! No attitude at all. PREVIOUS: The world would be a much better place if this dingy room of despair did not exist. It's become a running joke in our office over the past 3+ years how bad their attitude and service is. We have not even had any issues in terms of sending or receiving packages, just the general lazy service and arrogant attitude expelled by these people in a simple 30 second transaction leaves our entire office choosing to walk the extra 10 minutes to the great 509 Aus Post Office up the road. The thought of visiting these people gives me chills..

The same man being described in previous reviews that I try to avoid when coming to this post He's always unreasonably rude in many occasions. I got there 5 min before the close on Sat as its only 2 min walk from my place, the door said Open but from the inside he was yelling "We're closed. I've got a life. I've got kids, I have got blah blah blah . . . . " and kept giving me reasons which I never asked anyways nor did I insist to get assisted with my mails. If you don't have any passions in your job, don't work for the sake of money! Full stop!

I've been here a few times and every time I have been "helped" by the same man. He's an absolute condescending pig. Asked such a simple question in a pleasant manner and he gives a response as if you're asking for the world. 1 star is too much, I would do absolutely anything I could to not go here.

Go there just to know what a zero customer service is like. My parcel was out for 3 months and still not delivered. Online aust post helps me to track down that the parcel has been sitting on their shelves for 2 months. The staffs can't even be stuffed to make a phone call and ask me to pick ...... I would rather walk 1 km to go to another post office.

It's the most convenient, but I rather make the extra effort and travel further to a post office where I'm acknowledged and treated like a person and a customer. I simply just don't go there anymore.
