I agree with others reviews. I thought the owner was only rude to me. I dread picking up my parcels which are sent to this post office. He always makes me feel that I am putting him out. I go to Albert Park for postal needs. Rude, abrupt, arrogant little man! I even go in with the biggest smile and greet him enthusiastically to no avail. Unfortunately his son is now taking on his rudeness as well. Really unfortunate as this is my local post office.

Like others before me, I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This is the worst post office I have ever been too, and perhaps the worst service I've ever experienced. Once, the clerk mistook Canada for the UK (luckily I noticed this on the printed postage stamp before it was too late). The man who runs the shop is entitled (apparently the customer should service the employees) and rude. The second time I went there, he gave me a lecture about how he and the post office are not there to tape labels on boxes. I now go to the Albert Park Post Office to send my mail; they are helpful and provide solid customer service.
