Best quote at Cairns airport by far - with prices being 40-60% cheaper than nearly all other rentals for our circumstances from the airport. Other rentals added more for adding an extra driver, had higher reduced excess costs and an overall higher base price. We got a great 8 day price. Cars were as described and in good condition. Staff were super helpful. Big shout out to Pamela who gave us lots of local advice on the Cairns and Port Douglas areas, from local must see attractions to nice places to eat, to best conditions to look for to go out to the reef. Shuttle bus to and from airport could not have been easier. 
Will definitely use again next time in Cairns.

Rented three cars from Apex Car Rentals with a group of friends, and the cars were all great. 

The value was excellent, especially for us, as we are fully licensed drivers under the age of 25. There was no age surcharge, and other surcharges that are commonplace with bigger car rental agencies are not part of the bill at Apex. 

The cars we picked worked very well and we found no problems when we returned the car. I highly recommend this company for its great value and cars.

He had a long term rental car with apex and returned it in Cairns. We had no problems whatsoever with the car. The car had a few scratches, dents and 130k KM, but we didn't care since they're the cheapest around (and no extra fees). Upon return however we were greeted by a lady with a simple "Keys!..." after telling them we wanted to return a car. Other than that we were asked by four (!) employees how they can help us while we waited for the lady getting our car to come back.

Cairns. Great rates , got an outlander for a week. Drives beautifully, kids seats were provided at a very low cost.
Rates are simple and you don’t get stung with plus plus plus.

Quick pick up from the airport and quick drop off.

Used many times in the past and will use it again.
