Super slow service. There was one person who was responsible for car rental and vehicle check-out. It took forever. We chose them because they are slightly cheaper than mainstream car rental companies. It was a mistake. I would rather pay more to save time for speedy processes.

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS CAR HIRE COMPANY, THERE ARE PLENTY OF REPUTABLE ONES AT THE AIRPORT.
I was given an upgrade as the vehicle i booked was not available, I did not request this upgrade at all

I paid the highest level of insurance offered by the company, a small stone chip caused by the car ahead, no negligence on my part and no obstacle in terms of driver vision is apparently not covered by insurance and as it was a new car they decided to replace rather than repair, they charged $1500 to my credit card without consent!!

Please use a reputable Australian brand, these guys are thieves and the insurance seemingly does't cover you for anything

There are plenty of car rental companies at the airport, your best option.

Booked a car through Webjet. Just about to head off to get the car. I’d booked it for 8am and it was now 8:45 and get a call left on my voicemail that there was no cars available and could I call the main number. Honestly how to ruin a holiday. Surely with all the car hires in Cairns a car could have been arranged. Not even an explanation.  

Avoid at all costs

Found staff to be helpful and had no problems at all. Thought to compliment them actually before I left. Like many others was disappointed with the long wait times at other car hire companies (sorry...we are 'short staffed!'?)  in the area and just walked into Atlas. Was driving out within 15mins. Thanks guys..see you next time !

booked online and  received confirmation email and when i called they said there is no vehicle available  ,
do not trust ...
