Arrived at east coast car rentals and within 5 minutes I was outside in the car ready to go.nPrice was very competitive for the area and the car we had was great, being a brand new chery Tiggo 4 with little miles on the clock.nWhen taking the car back, a man spent around 5 minutes checking over the car and then took us straight to the airport.nReally impressed with the service provided and will definitely be using them again if in the area.

We had a fantastic experience with this car rental company! The car was in excellent condition and very comfortable to drive. The location is super convenient – it takes no time at all to get from the airport to their office. A special mention to Matías, who assisted us with great professionalism and kindness. Everything was quick, easy, and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Renting a car through East Coast Car Rentals was the best experience ever! The shuttle collected us from the airport super quickly, and the driver was lovely! It’s a quick trip to the rental yard. Again fabulous service, super quick and straight into the vehicle. It was lovely and clean and new too! Drop off was just as easy! Pulled in, dropped off the keys and back on the shuttle to the airport we went! Seamless, quick and fabulous customer service. Will definitely book again! Thank you East Coast

The on-line booking system is clear and easy to follow. East Coast are based close to Cairns airport and their shuttle bus was there to meet the plane. Fifteen minutes later we were on the road in a near new SUV.nReturning the car was just as easy, and the shuttle took us back to the airport.nCar rental from East Coast is good value with no hidden extras.

I reviewed on the wrong East Coast Car Rentals in '23 so here is my Cairns review from back then: The shuttle bus service from the airport was very convenient. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman straight away when i got to the rental place and walked me through everything with ease. It was my first time hiring a car so the process was made very comfortable. The car was very clean and comfortable to drive, never had any issue 2021 Hyundi i30.
