Clean and comfortable car. But dishonest process : Hertz accused us of a scratch on the hatchback while we are sure there wasn't any scratch when we returned the car. The agency took more than 2 hours to proceed to check out, leaving the car unattended on the car park. We think the scratch may have happened during this time but had no way to prove it. A piece of advice, take pictures when you collect and return the car!

Worst car renting experience ever, my credit card still got charges from them for no explanations whatsoever even 2 months after the car rental!!! Had to call the customer service line multiple times to enquire and request refund. They are super efficient when charging you, but took weeks to process the refund. Avoid this place!!!!!
