We offer a wide range of vehicles for hire; budget, economy, medium & large sedans, 8 seater people movers, utes as well as 4 wheel drive hire vehicles which are suitable for off road use, like exploring the Bloomfield Track.

We couldn't have asked for better service. Our lovely lady assistant picked us up from our hotel and within 5 minutes we were on our way. We had the luxury of leaving the car at the resort  and key at resort desk. Friendly honest service. Extremely helpful with last minute bookings. Suited our budgets. Don't go past these guys.....thank you Cruising for making our North Queensland travelling experience nothing short of excellent!!!

Used this company to rent a car last weekend and I had a good experience with them so I decided to use them again. I called back to arrange the same for this weekend, however while trying to arrange with Matthew, he was more interested in making jokes with his friends in the background and laughing histerically because I asked if I could collect the car early in the morning. He wasn't bothered listening to me in the slightest and had a really rude, arrogant attitude. As I told him, I will take my money elsewhere. Well done Matthew you have just lost yourself a customer willing to use crusing car rental every weekend until I leave Cairns in February.

Great experience with this company. I am in Cairns every 18 months or so and have always used the big nationals via the airport. Never again though...from now on I will always use Cruising. Good car, great prices and free kids seats. The kids seats are a real bonus when Thrifty, Hertz etc want to charge you $10+ per seat per day. Crazy. Airport transfer after our hire was a breeze. Highly recommended.

My recent experience at cruising car rentals in Cairns was Amazing, the customer service that Michael provided was first class. Michaels helped with airport transfers and motel pickups and his local knowledge of things to do and see was incredible for a first time visitor. 10/10 would highly recommend.
