We used this business for our recent house move, hiring a truck and a ute a few days later. One whole load was just for our much loved plants that my husband has grown.    Both vehicles were fantastic. The service was excellent also, with the deposit being refunded promptly after returning each vehicle. Highly recommended and we'll certainly use them again. We flew from Sydney and booked/paid a 12 seater for our stay at Cairns in advance however it’s all ended in a big disappointment very quickly as we landed at Cairns. We received a call only a day ago that they don’t have a car. As per them, the car they supposed to give us has been extended by previous customer and they have no other options other than cancellation. This is unacceptable and you can’t run service like this. This has ruined our holiday plans at beautiful Cairns.  I hope you won’t do this with other customers.

Rang up at 8am this morning had a large 30 cubic metre pantec ready and available for use. Picked it up and the staff were quick and professional. The truck was great to drive only needed car license. It even had an automatic gearbox and the gear changes were clean and precise. I will be coming back when I need to rent a vehicle again.

We pre booked a 12 seater car before we flew from Sydney to Cairns. Day before our pick up we received a call from them and told us that the earlier customer didn't return the car. They advised us to book the car from elsewhere. We planned and booked certain activities on the basis of our booking and the last minute we couldn't get any cars from elsewhere. We had to cancel our activities and we lost all the money for our activities. This has ruined our trip and kids are so upset that they want to go back to Sydney. I understand due to the holidays there were rush everywhere but the business should be strict enough to adhere their rules and regulations. I recommend the others to think twice before book with this business.

It was 1:30pm at Bunnings when my poor overloaded trailer screamed "No MORE!!!!" Stuck with a mountain of things to get to the site I gave 1300 Truck Hire a call. As I had dealt with them before within 30 minutes I was in a flat bed truck, with straps, and starting to load everything on to them. Many thanks Gals and Guys!! - you have proved to be a continuing life saver with prompt service, friendly staff, and a selection of very well maintained vehicles. Again thanks for all of your help. Hired a truck to move some house items. Booked via phone ,the office staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Picked up truck and the process there was smooth as well. Truck was great ,rates were fine ,staff explained everything and the move went perfectly ,thanks to a great truck. Even was supplied moving blankets which i did not consider and they saved the day. Could not recommend 1300Truck Hire highly enough. This is the real Cairns style of service. Thanks again guys ,i only write a review if i was super impressed.

1300 Truck Hire have been amazing for my business. I have been using them for 2 years now. Super easy to book, amazing staff, great price, the vehicles are always ready on my arrival and they are always clean and well maintained. I can't fault their service, price points + product. Easy location also.
