Staff are very indifferent and none too helpful. Vehicle was in poor condition & a real gas guzzler! But what really got me is that I left my International Driving Permit in the car when I returned it to CNS airport and unless I had spent over three weeks nagging them by email, they most likely would not have returned it at all. That despite the fact that they had found it and put in their "Lost Property" Section. It has my name and ADDRESS clearly typed on the document! It could easily have been posted back to me before I even noticed it was lost. But I had to nag and nag by email before I got a response! A shockingly poor example of "customer service"!!!!!

Staff at the internal desk where amazing, fast friendly service and upgraded our car , couldn’t be happier. The girl at the car park both was super helpful as well .

This was so bad...I will never hire from these guys again....their carefactor was zero on all levels and staff super rude

Terrible customer service. Staff at the desk particularly unhelpful. I then had to go through hertz customer service which was even worse. After 8 phonecalls, 2 emails and 5 weeks later  I finally got an uncaring response.  Hertz are terrible for customer service overall.  Also do not be fooled by comparison websites- they are not the cheapest!
