Terrible service, rude and trying to rip people off. They cancelled my original order with an RACV discount, re booked it so that the sales staff get the credit for it and don't ad the RACV discount. When you confront them about it, they play dumb.

a terrible experience Thrifty and you need to run a business from a customer perspective rather than processes that are nothing but cumbersome and difficult. All I wanted to do was book a car for my parents and children who arrive tomorrow as I'm already at Trinity Beach. You make it hard, I couldn't pay by credit card over the phone, I can't transfer myself from another reservation as additional driver as its a "new reservation" unless I get a taxi to the airport or another thrifty outlet which happen to both be 30 minutes away! All I wanted to do is pay and do the right thing. You're a joke and I will never use your services again and will tell at least another 10 people of this bad experience,
