Shop there was great. Tried calling the store 5 times before I got there to make sure they had something and they didn't answer. Once I got there they told me what I was after was not in stock. Thought well I'll go and jave a look anyways. What do you know, there it was a whole bunch of them on the shelf. Otherwise very friendly and good selection.
They need to work on their customer service. I came a few days back to return a jacket which was bad quality and faulty. At the time they were busy at the front counter with only one person serving so I left and decided I will return later.nThe big women at the counter stopped me as the gates went off. Even though I had already worn and purchased this jacket with receipt and everything, she took the jacket out of my bag and requested a receipt. She had no right to take anything from my bag, she said I was fine to leave once I showed the receipt. Next time she won't get such a nice response. Work on your customer service and don't touch what doesn't belong to YOU.
Best Anaconda around. Would not go anywhere else. Tan and Julian outstanding customer service. Both went above beyond and their fishing knowledge is unmatched.
I’ve been attempting to get hold of the watergardens store for a week, phone rings out every time. The main anaconda call service is even less helpful, just redirecting me to a number that isn’t answering.
Great staff! I quickly purchesed a raincoat for my granddaughter- half price!!!
