Ordered 3 buckets click and collect- said on the website was in stock - 3 days later no confirmation email to collect- called the store and the girl on the phone advised me to come down and collect. Arrived at the store to realise that my order had been cancelled. Would not shop here again due to being stuffed atound.
I went to Anaconda at Watergardens last week for my Christmas shopping and brought my scooter and had a good experience in store the customer service was great. One staff Luca helped me with my item and the other staff at the register Michelle was very lovely and friendly when she served me, shout out to them!
Had a really good experience with Mia, was so lovely and helped me find the stuff I needed. Made sure to put in the time to get me the best quality products. Well done Mia great customer service
No staff, was going to buy a bunch of stuff but no staff. The only girl serving has a million things she needs to ask before serving. My time is worth more than i want to buy.
Tan is the Man in fishing, whether you’re new to fishing or an absolute pro I guarantee there’s something Tan can teach you! Not only is he very knowledgeable, he’s also a great bloke who loves to chat and share his stories and experiences which really makes my shopping experience at anaconda so so much better.
