Great place for the real fishaholics. Very knowledgeable about daiwa and shimano products. Customer service is one of their key aspects. If it wasn't a mixed shop, it would have been 5 ⭐

I left a very rare 50 year old steering column with a gear lever lock attached with this place. They had it for 3 days and all i wanted was a key made so i can lock and unlock the gear lever. 3 days and what do i get? I get no key because it was too hard for the locksmiths, and i get a now damaged gear lever lock. The locksmith Lee tried to say someone had previous hit the lock with a hammer, but that is a load of bs, no one had previously hit the lock there was no damage on the lock until now when he tried to hit the lock to remove it. Next point of damage is he made grooves in the anti theft screws, who the F$@k does this? So if i was to get another place to make me a key, now a potential thief can just unscrew the anti theft screws and remove the whole gear lever lock. I spoke to the owner and the people who work there, they all know how angry i was that they damaged my item and still didn`t even give me a key to use it, and there was no remorse or offer of reimbursement for the damage they have caused of my item. This item the gear lever lock is worth $200 plus, and these bunch of incompetent idiots did NOT take care or even think oh this might be a rare expensive item, before he decided to hack away and hit it with a hammer. I am so furious, i am spreading the word, and no way will i ever step foot back into this store. Oh not to mention the back of the shop always has a rubbish bin full and stinks so rotten, this shop and area are the scum of sunshine!!
