Normally people jump on here to give shitty reviews for shitty service!nFor a nice change, I’m actually on here to give credit to a young Sales assistant Gabby from the Taylors Lake store. She was so helpful and very friendly. It’s a long time since I’ve experienced service like that! Thank you Gabby got the five star service! I’ll certainly be back because of your service
They open and close as they please and not within their advertised trading hours .nSo unprofessional,with staff that don't have a care in the world .nSaturday 3rd Jan - Open 8.30am as per the sign on their door.nCurrently 8.45am and still not open while staff are having a laugh inside while customers standing outside waiting.nAbsolutely ridiculous.
I've been coming here for years and the staff is fantastic. I've brought multiple pricing issues to the desk and they stand buy it without complaint. I've made returns when things aren't to my high standards and they've never tried to argue. They seem to hire intelligent people who understand the product as well, it fantastic to see.
Great customer service!nnGreeted and asked if we needed help as soon as we walked in the door by a gentleman named Sam, he was amazing and helped us pick a tent, mattress and sleeping bags, we had no idea what we where looking for and he really helped us alot, especially as we are camping with a 7 month old.nnAfter paying, Gabby from the counter help carry the gear to our car.nnAll in all such a good experience, they made a daunting task so easy.nnThanks!
The wonderfully knowledgeable Gabby helped us select everything we needed to introduce our 9 year old grandson to fishing. We are very green in terms of rods and rigs, but Gabby was all over it and she had great energy and patience in dealing with us.
