I had a great experience at Amber Tiles Seaforth. Great knowledgable staff and the customer service was top notch !nThey had a great selection of tiles and bathroom PC items under one roof, making it easy to complete my entire bathroom fit-out with one reliable supplier!nHighly recommend !
I cannot recommend Amber Seaforth highly enough. It has an excellent showroom with quality stock at fair prices. Tim Prevost made the whole experience so easy. His extensive knowledge ensured that the bathroom fit out we chose for our daughter was perfectly coordinated. He also liased with the builder and delivery went to site without a hitch. She is thrilled and loves it all. Thank you, Tim, and your terrific team!!
I would highly recommend going to Amber Tiles at Seaforth. Dianna Lu was very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. She quickly understood the look I was going for and was able to suggest a colour paver that will look relaxed and not get too hot in the summer sun. She ordered two samples which came in quickly and she suggested I put a hold on the stock as it is quite a popular paver. The process was quick and painless.
Charlene helped us navigate through an order paid to Amber Chatswood in February but not delivered because it went into liquidation. We placed a new order with her after the liquidator was identified Then we had a call from head office to say hey we found your pallet and will deliver next Monday!! !!! In the meantime we had lodged a claim with the liquidator!! Amber has been quite an experience. and we pray that our claim is paid in full before long. Leng Sim
Phoned them up with a specific request and the service was excellent. Got back to me promptly and were very patient. Will buy again from them
