Great service! I went to Amber Tiles after having a problem with calcium build up on tiles and trying every product from hardware stores but with no success. The staff at Amber gave prompt service, great advice, allowed me to take a sample of a product to try on the tiles and even called the manufacturers distributor to check it would be ok on my tiles (and what a relief when it worked as advertised and took care of the problem no other product seemed to be able to do - FYI it’s called Eff-erayza). In this day and age to receive service like that was a pleasant surprise. I don’t usually do google reviews (although am a reader of them) but figured this level of service deserved a review / write up. Thanks again team at Amber for helping me solve the problem.

Amber Seaforth is a smallish tile shop but has nevertheless a great choice of tiles and pavers. What I like about this shop most (and I've seen quite a couple of tile shops recently) is the way the tiles are displayed - they are all lined up neatly along the back wall, and you can easily browse and compare this way. Plus if you get interested in a certain design you can have a closer look at the tiles on their display tables, so this way you can make decisions much easier. They definitely have the latest designs and colours and I found their staff very knowledgeable without being pushy or intrusive. They may not be the cheapest place to buy tiles in Sydney but we felt we were in good hands.
