Beyond being thrilled with Ashley's level of service at the time of purchasing our oven, I have yet again been impressed by his professionalism & dedication to customer service. The oven we purchased turned out to be problematic and the manufacturer was thoroughly disappointing with their neglect of handling the situation over a 4 week period. I returned to Ashley to report the situation & within 24 hours he was able to secure the manufacturer's replacement of our oven. Sadly, Westinghouse has lost my consumer vote altogether but I will always return to Harvey Norman Balgowlah to purchase future appliances. Thank you Ashley.

We had a great experience at Harvey Norman Balgowlah. We were wanting to purchase a dishwasher and washing machine. Chris in Whitegoods was very knowledgeable across the different brands, outlining our options clearly.  We are extremely happy with our purchases as they suit our needs perfectly. Thanks Chris for streamlining our purchase experience.

First fridge arrives - scratched on delivery. My wife is pressured to take it because it’s the last one and there will be an unboxing charge if she doesn’t.nSecond fridge arrives - also damaged.nnCall the store - they say there is no stock and will need to get the supplier to replace the doors at their leisurely pace. They say it’s out of their control.nn1 month past since purchasing and we paid thousands of dollars for a damaged fridge with no end in sight.nAwesome management guys nnEdit: for those playing along at home, there has been zero contact for another month and no one has shown even a remote level of interest in providing the product they sold post exchange of money.nResorting to Google as no one answers the phone or has any answers. Seriously, if anyone is reading this - what is the go here? Are we ever getting this fridge?

Terrible service by Rob at the Manchester department. Uninterested, bothered and needs some serious training despite looking and acting like he owns the place. Arrogance at its best. Please reconsider your career if you are going to be that unpleasant. He wouldn't even give me a big enough bag for a $399 premium pillow....

ABORT purchase!nnMy wife and I have had the worst customer experience that we have had with any retailer for over a decade.  Harvey Norman's customer service team were unresponsive, unhelpful and clearly making it as difficult as possible to return an item that didn't meet the description or the specifications that were originally advertised.nnWe are big detractors of Harvey Norman now and will do our best to help friends, family and others avoid going through this same horrendous customer experience.nnIn short, if you can, buy it off Amazon instead.
