We wanted a new coffee table so looked at several stores. Harvey Norman had the best selection. Prince was so patient, helpful and professional. He made it easy for us. The purchase experience was great. The delivery was terrific. Chris and Uppy were punctual, polite, professional and very helpful. As a couple of oldies we needed a bit of help and nothing was a trouble. We would go to Harvey Norman again and forget the other stores.
We went into the Balgowlah HN this morning and received the best customer service we've ever seen from Panda.nnPanda went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect product at a great price. When our desired product was not available, he made sure to line us up with an even better product at an affordable price.nnWe will be back and ask for Panda, when we need our next appliance.nnThanks so much, Hannah and Liam
Very good customer service. I went there and the guy in the laminate & carpet section, Amir, was very helpful and frinday .The lady at the counter downstairs the Chinese one was also very polite and helpful. Excellent customer service overall.
We have purchased a lot from the Balgowlah store for our renovation and had good experiences with most areas of the store. The flooring area, however, were totally incompetent. I’m not one to leave reviews but others should be aware and the team needs to review its processes and do better.
The rudest lady I have ever encountered at HN Balgowlah, on cashier counter this morning. Standing at the returns counter 10 mins waiting to be served by her she had seen me there , then turns to me and says can I help you. I replied yes I would like a refund of which she replied “ the queue is over there, I replied “ the sign says returns here “ . In her abrupt Chinese accent reply, again the queue is over there. Not challenging this I moved over and was offered to move down the queue by folks already lined up. I declined with thanks. HV , train your staff who are taking our money to be a bit nicer in the future. This is Australia where people are nice.
