Maybe the best shop if you want to build your new home. They have everything, from living room furniture to toilet and outdoors. Pretty exciting to get into the store and imagine how your future house is gonna be. Just be aware that if you are in a budget, that is not the best option for you, although you can still find cheaper options here. Also, the attendants are very friendly. Everytime i walked past one, they greeted me and asked if I needed help. 5 starts for suuuuure

Very rude staff. There attitude is like ‘we will help you only of you come in a suit and buy the most expensive products. If you come to buy the products in the middle range, you are on your own.’ They like standing still and get upset if you ask them anything, so you would not want to ask the second question.

Terrible experience. We had to go around to the warehouse to collect what we had paid for. They didn't have it, so we had to go back to the store then the cashier rudely waved us down the back saying we had to go to speak to someone at the back of the shop to get a sign off on the refund. We wandered around not knowing who she meant. That person came forward and kept trying to convince us to buy these other products I told them 3 times we didn't want it then she asked my partner, until finally we both demanded the refund. Poor communication, structure and customer relations. In todays world having customers run around the shop and warehouse is ridiculous. Ease and convenience for customers should be a priority.

My experience with this branch has left me with very bad impression on how an established electronics store like Harvey Norman works. I was looking for a mobile phone and decided on the Samsung S7 as there was a promotion on it. I was served by Liam. I wanted the gold model but according to Liam, there weren't any in store. There was one in Newcastle but he couldn't get that one for me and persuaded me to just get the black one. He also tried to sell a phone plan but I was not interested in it. I told him that I only wanted a gold Samsung S7. After a while, he came back and informed me that he has called and checked that he could order the gold Samsung S7 in for me and that will take 2-3 weeks. I was happy with that and paid in full. I got a price- matched discount too as we found another store selling it at a cheaper price. I called towards the end of 2nd week to follow up and was told the phone will be in next week. That week came and I called, was told phone still not in, to call again in another week. On the fourth week, I called and was told that they do not have the gold phone anymore. No more stock. How could that even happen? An order that was placed and paid in full four weeks before, an order that was placed after Liam apparently called to check beforehand. Why wasn't I informed when I called to check in the 2nd and 3rd week? Why just get my business in and then string me along? The manager that I spoke to told me rudely that she doesn't know what happened and was 'sorry' over it. She 'offered' me the black Samsung S7 or a full refund. Neither were fair options for me in view of the utmost inconvenience and financial loss caused by the lack of phone for 4 weeks and phone accessories bought. I decided to take the black Samsung as I do not have another 4 weeks of my life to waste on waiting for another phone and that phone now has mismatched casing on it as I bought a gold one for the gold phone! What has happened is totally unacceptable! I will never buy from Harvey Norman again.
