Bought Queen mattress and essemble. All was good until delivery. Arrived very late on the back of a ute with only one person to get it to top floor bedroom. I had to provide limited assistance due to bad back and hence bed was dragged up stairs knocking everything on the way. Bed was not assembled and waste materials not removed. Paid $80 for this pathetic service. Not courier's fault but Snooze's fault for not using appropriate transport. Snooze to date have not responded to my complaint. Do you want your new $5,000 bed delivered this way?

Been to this Snooze Shop to get a Double Bed and Mattress. Thoroughly impressed with their service....Attentive yet not Overpowering. The range in terms of quality and price is quite comprehensive. A must visit.

I just want to comment on the quality of snooze mattresses. Super quality mattresses (MySide), Just one example, I was moving house and my back was super sore after a heavy day, one night on snooze mattress, the next morning I woke up with no pain in my back. Just buy it.
