It's been almost two months since we placed our original order, in that time I've made over a dozen calls, and multiple visits to the store to get an explanation of why our two mattresses/box spring had not been delivered. We were promised several times and dates of a delivery time and date, and each time they would tell me it would be tomorrow or next week. To try and solve the issue, the store "upgraded" both mattresses. The box spring to the king bed has still not been delivered, even after all this time. Easily the worst retail experience my wife and I have ever had.
I was told the bunk bed is in the stock when I had paid full amount and it was supposed to be delivered a week after payment. After two weeks they told there isn't any of them left in the stock so they ordered another one which supposed to be delivered in 3 weeks.after millions of calls eventually I went to the store to chase up my item & I've told I should wait for another 2 weeks. eventually the item has been delivered after 3 weeks however no one came to assemble it despite the fact that I had paid for assembling too. they never answer their phone I had to go to manly vale branch every weekend to chase up my item. Look me under Matt .
Got the kids bed frames and mattress on the weekend and delivered same day. Mick i think was the sales person he beat 2 other quotes from other major stores and the 3 kids got free balloons and got to watch cartoons while we did the sale. From the outside it looks a little rough, don,t be fooled this store is a gem inside
Ordered from them on a Wednesday and I was supposed to get a call to schedule my delivery which NEVER happened till I called them, and then I had to wait over a week to get my delivery.
