If your looking for a staff members help when you walk in then dont come here, took about 10mins to be asked for help while staff were chatting to each other , so i took my business else where.

Best service I've experienced in a long time! Each staff more helpful than the next. I had no idea how much Fantastic Furniture had improved, great product, great service, on the spot pick up and drive away, great variety to choose from and they made it so easy. Well done Ren, Lucas and Steve.

Balgowlah branch of Fantastic Furniture really is 'Fantastic'! Have always had excellent customer service and they are very helpful. Special mention for the manager Meg who went the extra mile for me and really made my shopping experience great.
