It's a really lovely shopping experience with wider aisles and more spacious than city Woolworths stores. Light and airy with a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Very helpful staff. My son misplaced his mobile phone at the store and it was a smooth process to retrieve it.
It has everything and one of the easiest Woolies to park. I would give it 3-4 stars just for the parking alone. Well done.

No, the pic below is not one of the tip in the 80s. First time trying home delivery from Woolworths. I ordered just 26 items and received it packaged in a total of 12 plastic bags. Mostly 2-3 items per bag. Bananas - yep even wrapped in a plastic bag! I've reached out to Harris farm who said they'll deliver using fruit boxes. I know where I'm shopping next

I’d like to make a special mention of the manager Scott who met a rather frazzled me, having just lost my partners credit card somewhere in store. He took my details and kindly went through the CCTV to see where I might have lost it, and called me after. I really appreciate the level of care and service. The store was also immaculately presented, with so many staff restocking shelves and produce displayed beautifully. The other two staff members I also spoke with in my panic were also supportive and friendly, quick to assist and also seemed friendly with each other like a family, which was lovely to witness. Thanks all.
Better than warringah for dodging reckless trolley drivers see my review there but unfortunately not for variety. Meat section is often low on product and you find yourself changing dinner plans mid shop. The layout is a bit strange compared to the mall and other locations with the dairy on the other end with frozen goods, instead of normally being on the other side of the fresh produce with the juices and cheese etc Sometimes finding items here can be difficult, despite being my local location for 4 years now. Bakery is OK. Fair selection but you have to be in early.
Good job to the manager following my mother around the store continuously as she does her shopping Does my mother look like a thief? What does a thief look like? Loss prevention is essential in retail But preferably , you should have some tact and professionalism , and not be so rude or arrogant. And as a consequence my mother shops at your competitor now

Dealt with Lukas today about an issue relating to a payment glitch. He was extremely friendly, professional and helpful, as were the other staff I interacted with. This is such a nice store.
