I visited this BP petrol station on the 22nd of November, 2024, at 2:30 p.m., and had a very disappointing experience when trying to order a coffee. The staff member who took my order was extremely rude from the start. After waiting for three minutes, I was told they didn’t have the regular-sized cups available and that I’d need to order a large coffee instead. I asked if they could simply make a regular-sized coffee in a large cup, but they outright refused. The lack of courtesy and unwillingness to accommodate a simple request left a bad impression.nWorst customer service
Did not like the guy who served me, asking me twice for the petrol, while I did not fill up, charge me extra money for my coffee and pie, he is a asian guy.
Worst customer service. Lady named ANTARA didn’t let me in early morning,made me wait outside until she finished making coffee. Another gentleman who was being served at the time told her to open the door but she was not bothered at all.nOnce I was inside the store, I asked her the reason for not opening the door. She found my question rude and refused the service without explaining the reason and told me to go somewhere else.
Bought a Cheeseburger Pie, labelled as $3.00.nCashier rang it up for $5.00.nI explained kindly, this pie was only $3.00 in the cabinet, and showed the man a photo.nHe got stroppy and refused to honour the price.nI then explained I no longer wanted to buy the pie, as it was smaller than the $5.00 pies.nThe man started saying ‘whatever then man, piss off’ as he took the pie back and put it straight back in front of the ‘$3.00 cheeseburger pie’ sign.nI then received the worst, burnt and undrinkable coffee I’ve had in my life.nCheers BP Balgowlah!
To the manager of BP Balgowlah. I have come in twice over a two week period to purchase a $30 Teens gift card. Both times the attendant could not activate the card and so I was unable to purchase. Both times they said they’d pass this on to the manager so the problem could be fixed. You need to either fix this problem or remove the items from your shelves. Stop wasting people’s times falsely advertising products you can’t sell.
