I bought a $15 light bulb a week ago, and it stopped working after two days.  Took it back for replacement of a faulty product.  Had the credit card transaction details but no longer the receipt (who would?).  
My experience was deeply hurtful.  Whoever the shop assistant was needs to get a crash course on customer service.  I don't appreciate being called a STUCK-UP B**CH and being told to F*** OFF when I simply asked for a replacement and stood up for my rights.   Rest assured I won't be returning.  I've never been in a store and been spoken to like that EVER.

Great range of lighting and advice on recently refurbished property. Value for money and after service is excellent. They are always happy to find a solution and help.

BUYER BEWARE: The owner is abusive and aggressive toward his customers. 
Be very careful what you buy here as the owner/manager would not allow me to return goods that were unused, untouched and in there original packaging. He offered an in store credit to the value of, but after spending almost $800 I had no other goods to buy. 

Not only that but he has just called me a  moron and a di**head and accused me of trying to rip off my electrician!  I have never been dealt with so arrogantly and with so much aggression. 

He even refused to transfer the credit to my electrician, who is a regular customer.

As an update: the owner has just said that he will not give me the $120 store credit that he owes me from returning the items, until I remove this posting.
