Steve is the most rudest person from the Mister Minit stores that I have ever spoken to.Swearing and cursing at me the customer is not acceptable..I even gave Steve a monetary tip.I will not be using the Balgowlah store located in Stocklands shopping centre for my business and I do not recommended it ..

Destroyed and scratched my mum's Citizen watch in an ugly attempt to replace the battery. Closed the back lid back and declared them non-repairable. Avoid like the plague!

My experience with Mister Minit was very good. I called up and was informed that keys take 5 minutes (assuming you already have a key to show) and so I went down and requested 4 keys, costing me $35, and I was finished within 5 minutes.
