Walked in to the store with my 4 year old daughter, my daughter picked up some hair clips which were at child reaching-height when the shop assistant snatched the hair clips from her hands and proceeded to tell her about hair lice! My daughter was so upset as she was only look at them in her hands, still attached to the plastic packaging, she had no intention of putting them into her hair and was really shocked by the way she was treated. My suggestion is you train your staff on speaking to customers appropriately, it was such a bad experience, I’ll never shop or buy from your Stocklands store again.

Unfortunately I can’t say anything nice about this store. I have been Seed Heritage customer for a long time and love the range. I usually shop on line for convenience as I have a disability and struggle to change in store. Few times I had to bring items back to exchange or get the store credit voucher and was always treated with terrible disrespect. One particular staff member who I think is a store manager,  makes you feel like it’s extremely inconvenient task for her. She has made remarks such I should shop in store to avoid item not fitting. I was in shock and wanted to put a complaint last year, instead I started going to another store, which is further away from me to avoid the hurt. But today I was at Stockland to see a doctor and decided to go and look at sale items in the store. At 9.10am the store was still closed and I had to check on line whether the opening hours were 9.30. No the store was supposed to open at 9am. Around 9.15 the same staff member finally opened the door and without offering any apologies about being late, processed straight to make a personal phone call to the pay office. Absolutely astonishing! I think someone needs to talk this staff member. I also heard similar stories from the friends of mine. This is not a single even but rather pattern that probably costing a business. Happy to be contacted by the company management to assist

There's always some great styles in Seed. And some of them are really well priced. The staff are lovely too. A great place for stylish basics.

Shopping without my glassesgrandmotherI mistakenly picked up an”A” key ring instead of “H” My daughter returned to swap it and was refused. I had spent $129 this time on small items for my granddaughter’s 9th birthday. My family has regularly spent a small fortune in this store since its opening! Never again…….
