"We're a family owned and managed local pool & spa supplies business with a retail shop in Balgowlah. Our maintenance service extends to Balgowlah and the surrounding suburbs on the Northern Beaches and is available for regular visits as frequently as you like. We also offer holiday visits to make sure everything is running smoothly and remove any debris in the baskets whilst you're away. Nobody wants to come home to a pool disaster.We are entirely cashless but accept all card payments.We are closed on public holidays."

James and Kathy were so helpful and friendly from the very first call I made to them. I purchased a Dolphin Robotic Cleaner from them and their knowledge of the product and willingness to go out of there way to provide a great customer experience is something that is difficult to find nowadays. In fact after a very ordinary experience with a dealer in Newcastle I actually drove 2 & 1/2 hrs down the M1 after talking to these guys on the phone. James was happy to demo the cleaner and even lent it to me to trial in my own pool. If you are after good old fashioned customer service and a business that goes out of their way to ensure you are comfortable with a purchase, look no further than James and Kathy at Balgowlah Pool and Spa Supplies. Thank guys.
Great service and they always have a solution to any problems. If they don't know/do that type of specific work they give you numbers to the experts. Saved me over $650 by recommending me to check warranty before buying a new pump. Others would just try to sell me a new pump!
