I joined vision personal training in September 2017, the manager and owner were really friendly at first to convince me to join the gym, once they were receiving my payments everything changed. This company just cares about the money and not the treatment of the members of the gym.  
I found the gym to be overpriced for the services I received. I leave the gym completely disappointed and I wouldn't recommend joining this gym as there are other places that offer better services for a more reasonable price.

I am having a wonderful experience here at Vision Balgowlah. Top of the line trainers, great community spirit. Large gym, with ample equipment.  Heaps of group sessions that i enjoy doing on the side.  Everyone  i have met are extremely welcoming to me. My life is being transformed. Thanks Guys and Gals at Vision Balgowlah. I had the best experience at Vision Balgowlah. My trainer Nick was helpful, professional and passionate about helping me get to my goal weight. I loved going to the gym. The whole team is friendly, caring and excellent at what they do. I achieved amazing results and would recommend it to anyone looking to lose weight.

I had a trial voucher for one month.  They took my card details and promised that i would not be charged a cent. They also later told me that everything i had signed was shredded so i was not no worry. 
Weeks after the trial, ive just realised that they've been deducting money from my account fortnightly.  Im out nearly $1000. 
This is not fair trade.  Not a trustworthy business at all. Be weary.

If you are looking for an educated training and nutrition program with around the clock support, make sure you come down and see the guys at Vision Balgowlah. I have been seeing Zac the past 9 weeks and have achieved some amazing results thanks to him! Pumped for the 9 weeks.
